Abstract

Wavelength selective diffractive optical element comprising an optimal phase delay layer and two polarization sensitive gratings has been reported and experimentally demonstrated. Two independent wavelengths have orthogonal polarization states after through the phase delay layer and have diffracted by different polarization sensitive grating, independently.
