Abstract

A transform-limited, narrow-linewidth (~120MHz), THz-wave parametric generator (TPG) was demonstrated using injection seeding method. This resulted in an wide tunability from 125 to 430 μm (frequency: 0.7-2.4 THz, wavenumber: 23-80 cm−1).
