Low Threshold CW Lasing in Photo-pumped GalnAsP Microdisk Lasers

Abstract

We demonstrate photo-pumped GalnAsP microdisk lasers. The minimum threshold pump power is as low as ~ 20 µW at room temperature under CW condition.
