Abstract

The recombination soft x-ray laser is considered to be scalable to short wavelength with small irradiation energy. For the H-like Balmer-α scheme lasing in the water-window is expected using mid-z ions such as aluminum. Therefore, determination of operating conditions for recombination soft x-ray lasers by numerical simulation has essential importance.
