Fast and Accurate Comb-based Spectral Analysis of a Frequency Agile CW Laser

Abstract

The time-resolved frequency spectrum of a frequency agile CW laser is measured with a 300 µs update rate and 3 kHz resolution/accuracy over a 28 nm wavelength range with a coherent dual comb setup.
