Abstract

This talk will overview developments and commercialization of quantum-dot optical devices, i.e., lasers and amplifiers, from the epoch-making finding of InAs self-assembled quantum dots emitting at 1.3 µm to the launch of QD Laser Inc and its activity. Article not available.
