Hafnium-Doped Lithium Niobate Crystals: Electrical and Optical Properties

Abstract

Lithium niobate crystals doped with Hafnium exhibit a significant suppression of the photorefractive effect and represent a promising substrate for wavelength converter devices. In this work we present a systematic investigation of their physical properties.
