Abstract
The photonic quantum ring (PQR) lasers exhibit anomalous quantum wire properties such as ultra-low threshold currents and square-root-T dependent spectral shifts.1 We also notice that the photons propagating chirally with clockwise and counterclockwise components in the 3D toroidal cavity of the PQR laser will lead to a breaking of vertical-axis rotational symmetry.2 The standing modes of chiral lightwave were induced by the so-called photonic quantum corral effect (PQCE), making lightwave-trapped formations of λ/2 spaced photonic quantum-corral manifolds.3
