Perioperative Neonatal Neuromonitoring with High-Density Diffuse Optical Tomography

Abstract

We measured cortical hemodynamics using high-density diffuse optical tomography in neonates as they underwent cardiac surgery. Results demonstrate the feasibility of this technology to perioperatively assess brain health in critical care settings.
