A Comparative Study of Image Reconstruction Methods in Full Field Optical Coherence Tomography (FF-OCT) for Biological Tissues

Abstract

A systematic comparative analysis of image reconstruction algorithms has been performed for full-field optical coherence tomography. Results suggest that derivative based method can overcome significantly the residual fringes compared to other algorithms for biological applications.
