High resolution imaging of corneal tissues by full-field optical coherence tomography

Abstract

The feasibility of high resolution full-field optical coherence tomography for ophthalmic imaging is studied using a thermal light source and a CCD camera. Imaging result of excised porcine cornea showing the morphological structure is presented.
