Abstract

The laser linewidth influence on tone-to-noise ratio (TNR) and flatness of optical comb generated by recirculating frequency shifter(RFS) are theoretical analyzed and experimental demonstrated. The results show optical comb performance will improve using narrower laser linewidth.
