Abstract

Coherent wavelength conversion for 40-Gb/s 4-QAM optical OFDM signal based on cascaded single-side-band modulator and semiconductor optical amplifier has been demonstrated. Simulation results show that the error-free wavelength conversion can be achieved with optimized parameters.
