Adherent dielectric coating of diamond-turned mirrors

Abstract

Adherent, high-reflectivity infrared, and multilayer dielectric coatings have been applied to diamond-turned aluminum, copper, and electroless nickel substrates. Samples passed cheesecloth, Scotch tape, salt fog, and humidity tests.
