Abstract
This paper discusses the problem of angular selective screening of light beams by an arbitrarily shaped system of screens that separate the required sections of an image so that the illumination falls off from the center to the edge as required. The screening characteristics are analytically calculated for various screen parameters. It is shown that a screening system can be adapted to vary the angle of incidence of the light rays.
