Abstract

This triple beam ultra-violet Gas Analyzer was specifically designed for the continuous recording of the relative concentration of ozone gas in two continuous flow process streams. Since the process to be monitored was evaluated by the absorption of the ozone supplied, the problem was resolved by comparing the ingoing to outgoing gas concentrations.
