Abstract
Some measurement units have been updated in Appl. Opt. 56, 8135 (2017) [CrossRef] .
Wherever laser irradiance units are stated as ${\unicode{x00B5} \rm W} \cdot {{\rm m}^{ - 2}}$ in this paper [1], the units should be stated as ${\unicode{x00B5} \rm W} \cdot {{\rm cm}^{ - 2}}$. The numbers given are correct according to the units of ${\unicode{x00B5} \rm W} \cdot {{\rm cm}^{ - 2}}$. These errors do not change any of the paper’s conclusions as they were not made within the data analysis.
