Conflict of interest disclosures were unintentionally left out of the acknowledgment section of our recently published manuscript [1]. We would like to note that Oregon Health & Science University, David Huang, and Yali Jia have significant financial interest in Optovue. David Huang also has financial interest in Carl Zeiss Meditec. These potential conflicts of interest have been reviewed and managed by Oregon Health & Science University. Other authors do not have financial interest in the subject of this article.
