Upmost efficiency, few-micron-sized midwave infrared HgCdTe photodetectors: erratum

Abstract

This erratum corrects errors in Applied Optics 58, F1 (2019).

Herewith, we report errors overlooked in [11].

On pg. F2, in the Fig.1 caption, the fragment “Hg0.7Cd0.3Te” should read “Hg0.71Cd0.29Te”. On pg. F3, in column 1, line 1, “…in this respect:…” should read “…in respect;…”; in column 1, line 12 of Section 3, “…are our…” should read “…are of our…”; and on line 2 of Table 2, “DBR…” should read “2DBR…”. On pg. F6, in the Fig. 6 caption, “z1.047” should read “z1.45”. On pg. F7, in column 2, lines 14 and 15 (Section 7), the fragment “…for MWIR PDs…” is obsolete. On pg. F8, in column 1, line 14 (after Table 4), the fragment “…cases are…” should read “…case is…”; the numbers “31.2” and “3.9” should read “15.0” and “+5”, respectively; line 15 is obsolete; in column 2, line 16, “of…” is obsolete; and in column 2, on line 17, the fragment “…, one for the MWIR radiation…” is obsolete.
