Changes In Photopic Erg Responses In Children On Vigabatrin Therapy

Abstract

In a longitudinal ERG study of children on vigabatrin therapy we found significant curvature (p<0.05) of cone b-wave amplitude with time. This might represent a retinal basis for known visual deficits from this antiepileptic drug.
