Element Specific Ultrafast Carrier Localization in a 2D Transition Metal Dichalcogenide

Abstract

Ultrafast carrier dynamics in transition metal dichalcogenides can lead to carrier localization in real and k-space. Here, we use attosecond transient absorption to investigate element specific carrier localization in few-layer MoSe2 and its ultrafast response.
