Abstract

The primary electron transfer kinetics of core antenna - reaction center complexes from photosystem I of wild-type Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 containing about 100 chlorophylls were determined using femtosecond pump-probe spectroscopy by comparing samples with open and closed reaction centers.
