Abstract
Recently, a new Raman technique was introduced, which was based on short excitation and prolonged coherent interrogation (SEPI) of molecular transitions /1/. The experimental method allows to improve the spectral resolution beyond the limitations of spontaneous Raman spectroscopy. Up to now, low repetition rate lasers and discrete excitation frequencies were used limiting the potential of the method.
