Abstract
Thermal effects in molecular gas-filled hollow core fibers limit spectral broadening at high repetition rates. Here, we show that these effects can be mitigated by introducing helium buffer gas to an N2O-filled fiber. Both the energy throughput and spectral bandwidth are improved at high repetition rates.
