Plasma Diagnostics with THz Lasers

Abstract

Terahertz (THz) spectroscopy is a powerful diagnostic for investigating numerous parameters in plasmas. In this contribution, the possibilities and limitations of newly developed THz quantum cascade lasers for measurements in plasmas will be discussed.
