Interior hotspot engineering for rapid SERS recognition of infectious diseases

Abstract

Biomaterials surrounded by novel metals function as interior hotspots for sensitive surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy sensing. Here, we will introduce the engineering technique for interior hotspots embedded with lysates and rapid recognition of respiratory diseases.
