Towards Remote Fiber-Based In Vivo Sensing of Glucose by Near Infrared Spectroscopy

Abstract

A stable and low-noise system is required to measure small changes in bio- chemical constituents such as glucose. We discuss the requirements and limitations to achieve the necessary stability using a supercontinuum source.
