Abstract
We report the latest experiments at the Brookhaven Synchrotron Radiation facility using high resolution x-ray resist as a recording medium. We have recorded simultaneously a contact micrograph and a Gabor hologram with fringe frequency about 104 mm–1. We discuss possible approaches for reconstructing these double recordings and set out a theoretical framework which provides a rational basis for making projections into the future. These are important because of anticipated improvements in coherent x-ray sources.
