Abstract

Injection seeding is a convenient and reliable method for achieving single-frequency operation. Injection seeding is accomplished by introducing light from a low-power stable single-frequency oscillator (referred to as a seed laser) into a high-power laser cavity (referred to as power oscillator) during the laser pulse buildup period.
