Flexible Plastic Substrate with a Light Extraction Layer for OLED Lightings

Abstract

This study is nano-textured polymer substrate utilized by linear ion beam irraditions for OLED lightings. The substrate contains internal and external light extraction layers for high external quantum efficiency and embedded metal grids for low sheet resistance of transparent electrode.
