Abstract

With the development of addressable two-dimensional spatial light modulators, many optical elements can be synthesized in a programmable fashion. As an example, we demonstrate and characterize arrays of coherent focussed spots generated by writing multiple Fresnel zone plates on optically and electrically addressed modulators.
