Measurements of Free Radicals in the Atmosphere: Recent Advances in Laser Fluorescence Techniques

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

A fundamental understanding of the chemical transformations taking place in the Earth s atmosphere is only possible given detailed knowledge of the chain carrying free radicals responsible for those transformations. Recent advances in laser techniques for the detection of those radicals is reviewed.
