Microwave and optical entanglement for quantum transduction and network

Abstract

We prove the advantage of entanglement-based transduction over direct transduction using information-theoretical approach. For entanglement-based transduction, the entanglement rates are compared in both discrete and continuous variable settings. Each setting favors different parameter regimes.
