Homonuclear Cavity Soliton Molecules and All-optical Push-Broom

Abstract

Stable cavity solitons cluster that resemble homonuclear molecules are found in VCSEL coupled with saturable absorber and feedback. A range of parameters show all-optical push-broom effect. The result can be used in optical information technology.
