Generation of THz radiation from Low temperature Gallium Arsenide (LT-GaAs) photoconductive (PC) antennas using tunable femtosecond oscillator

Abstract

The THz radiation has been generated from LT-GaAs PC antennas and detected using pyroelectric detector with 140fs laser pulses, in the wavelengths between 700–1000 nm. THz-power dependence on biasing voltage, laser power is also discussed.
