Abstract

Fluorescence based fiber optic sensor for fluoride in acetonitrile is implemented using Curcumin dye as the sensing reagent. Curcumin complexes with fluoride ion leading to considerable decrease in fluorescence intensity with increase in fluoride ion concentration
