Diagnosis of clinical pathogenic source and human tissue samples based on Raman spectroscopy and chemometrics

Abstract

Combined with chemometrics algorithms, Raman spectroscopy was used to identify clinical samples like bacteria and tumor. Based on proposed methods, the correct classification rate reached a high value, which improved the diagnostic accuracy.
