Adaptive laser conditioning of reflective thin-film based on photo thermal lens probe

Abstract

We have introduced photo-thermal lens probe into conventional laser conditioning(LC) system to detect defects and guide the adaptive control of laser treatment fluence. System runs in close-loop and thus the LC effect can be both sufficient and safe.
