Abstract
Different wavelength of laser mirrors ( i.e. 780nm and 1064nm) designed and coated similarly were shown to have different laser damage thresholds at Yag laser. In our case, two laser mirrors at wavelength of 780nm and 1064nm were designed and coated similarly. Laser damage test of both mirror was performed using Yag laser at 1064nm wavelength. The damage thresholds were found to be 3340 MW/cm2and 350 MW/cm2 for mirror at 1064nm and 780nm respectively. In our current study, the difference in damage threshold was correlated to the difference in final admittance of the mirror.
