Abstract

A hybrid distributed optical fiber sensing system is proposed based on an optic ribbon of ultra-weak chirp fiber Bragg gratings (CFBGs) with adjacent distances of 5 m, which can realize simultaneous detection of dynamic vibration, temperature and static strain.
