Failure Data Augmentation for Optical Network Equipment Using Time-series Generative Adversarial Networks

Abstract

We propose a failure data augmentation scheme based on time-series generation adversarial networks with real equipment performance data of optical networks and verify that the augmented failure sample data is similar to real failure data.
