Abstract

Recently, we have described a multifunction nonlinear joint transform processor that can perform various types of operation such as image deconvolution and nonlinear correlation.1 The processing function for the specific operation is displayed at the input plane side by side to the input signal. Nonlinear transformations are applied to the joint power spectrum to produce the desired operation.
