Two-Photon Emission from Semiconductor Device

Abstract

We report experimental observations of spontaneous two-photon emission from semiconductors. The wide-band two-photon emission intensity was 4 orders of magnitude lower than the fundamental emission and blue-shifted due to significant k-dependence of the matrix element
