Abstract
The semiconductor laser with optical feedback is very attractive today as the object of research both from the practical and theoretical view - points. The bistable and multistable laser operation is veil known to be equally feasible in such a system [1,2]. As was pointed out in the ref.[3] at the certain feedback level the noise sygnal increase takes place, assotiated with the bistable laser operation influence and with the system switching from one stationary state to another. However, the main properties of the noise sygnal as well as the causes of the system switching mentioned above have not been analysed so far.
