High Ultraviolet Photoresponse from ZnO Nanorod Arrays

Abstract

A novel and simple method was created to fabricate the UV photodetectors based on ZnO nanorod (NR) arrays. The ZnO NRs device showed much better performance than the conventional ZnO film device.
