Efficient spatially resolved tomography of polarization entanglement using a fast camera

Abstract

We demonstrate a highly efficient scheme for spatially resolving the polarization entanglement of photon pairs emitted into different paths. This scheme allows probing a two-photon entangled state with an effective dimensionality of over 1000. Our results pave the way for the practical implementations of quantum technologies based on high-dimensional entanglement.
