Modeling Alkali Diatomic Energy Levels to Optimize Routes to Ultracold Molecules

Abstract

Production of ultracold ground state molecules by photoassociation and stimulated Raman transfer, recently demonstrated for RbCs, requires adequately precise models of energy levels. We will discuss our work toward this goal.
