Abstract
High operation and power characteristics of CO2 lasers stipulate their wide application in absorption gas-analyzers and lidars [1]. On the other hand, the gas-analyzer possibilities are limited by their narrow spectral emission range. The molecular CO, NH3, HF, HBr lasers generating in different IR regions do not compensate for this disadvantage by different reasons.
