Bright and pure single-photon emission and efficient light confinement on a chip

Abstract

We report on a nanometer-accurate photoluminescence imaging technique that allows us to realize photonic devices enabling on-chip, bright and pure single-photon emission and to directly visualize Anderson localized modes in the visible range of wavelengths.
