Diagnosis of inflammatory lesions by high-wavenumber FT-IR spectroscopy

Abstract

We evaluated FT-IR high wavenumber (2800-3600cm−1) for diagnosis of oral inflammatory lesions. Logistic binary regression was used for the spectral areas and gave 92.4% of concordant pairs and Sommers’ D of 0.85.
